Social Media Executive

Redditch – 5 days in office (move to hybrid after probation)

£25,000 - £30,000

This is an exciting role for a creative social media executive who has some previous experience of running social media accounts that grow communities, promote brand and product and engage with the audience through exciting content.

This business has been around for 30 years and have developed a fashion brand out of selling products to tradespeople.  This is an exciting role with the potential to develop over time.

Key activities in the role:

• Create social media content plan in conjunction with Head of Digital and creative team.
• Manage all social media channels across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, You Tube for main brand and podcast brand.
• Manage and develop influencer relationships and arrange influencer events.
• Book guests for weekly podcast and post content to promote it and raise the profile.
• Community engagement and management- this will include engagement out of hours where required.
• Write content and create Reels, stills, product mock-ups and use video content.

Experience needed:

• Previous experience in a social media role where you have been responsible for multiple social channels.
• Experience of improving engagement, increasing followers and building brand.
• Experience of TikTok and keeping on top of new trends within social media.
• Experience of using basic Adobe Photoshop for short videos and graphics.
• Agency or inhouse experience- you will need to provide the details of social accounts that you have been running.
