Thanks to the incredible hard work of our team and some awesome new client wins, we’re opening our doors to welcome some new team members to share a new and exciting chapter with us.

We’re in need of a fantastic Talent Acquisition Manager to engage with talented professionals, understand their drivers and motivators and put them forward to the right roles. You will be joining our Associate Director Heidi Moreby in supporting a range of new and long-standing marketing, digital and PR agencies of all shapes and sizes in finding their perfect candidate. We’re open to ideas. So whilst you could be from recruitment, you may also be working for a marketing agency as an account handler, and looking for something a bit different. Either way, we will support your journey through a tailored training and development plan.


Not everyone will fit the bill. Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • A proven track record in client management within a marketing agency or a track record in recruitment account management.

  • A curious mind with excellent listening and client relationship skills.

  • Excellent telephone and face to face rapport building skills.

  • A real stickler for detail who can follow process.

  • A good writer (that job copy won’t write itself).

  • A genuine passion for marketing and digital.

  • Competitive, driven with a sense of humour.

  • Computer & tech literate.
