Middlesbrough is a town in North Yorkshire. It’s part of the larger built-up area of Teeside along with Redcar and Stockton-on-Tees. Middlesbrough is famous for the local dish Parmo, which is a deep fried pork or chicken schnitzel topped with béchamel and cheese.
