​We talk about B-Hive quite a bit on our site but, in case you aren’t aware, we run a non-for-profit scheme for current university students and recent graduates in the Midlands called B-Hive. We started the scheme 9-years ago based on our passion for helping identify, nurture and develop future talent.

Alongside some of our amazing clients, we have been lucky enough through the years to give young creatives the chance to earn industry placements. Since the start we have awarded 796 weeks of placements to 183 students, so you could say we’ve been bzzy.

As the scheme gets bigger and more widely known we have made sure, with the help of our friends at One Black Bear, to keep up to date with the market and one of the ways we have done this is through our new B-Hive website.

The new site is slicker, easier to navigate and full of information on the scheme, plus also the industry at large. Take a look around the site now and see why B-Hive is so important for emerging talent and maybe get inspired to get involved yourself.
