Pitch are working a fantastic integrated marketing agency based in the heart of Manchester City Centre, who are on the search of a Digital Senior Account Executive.This agency are looking for a digitally experienced account handler who has a keen eye for detail, is client focused and is confident at managing multiple projects at once. You will ideally have 2 years’ experience in an agency environment and have a track record of managing both online and offline campaigns in equal measure.About the role: This role sits within a longstanding telecoms account and will require the candidate to demonstrate experience in:
- Digital platform management whether web or app based.
- Content management, both copy and creative.
- Proactive client service experience with a strong attention to detail.
- Digital processes and systems.
- Working with content management systems.
- Data analysis – being able to spot trends and identify improvements.
- Project management software whether Basecamp, Trello or similar.
You’ll be responsible for client requests and amendments to content, so communications skills are essential to ensure that you’re able to facilitate any changes to the platform whether copy, creative or digital development/functionality focused.The ideal candidate will be a Senior Account Executive or Junior Account Manager within an agency or have experience in a role with directly transferable skills.
